Due to the overwhelming requests from our customers, beginning on Nov. 1, 2015 you will be eligible to receive non-chargeable Remote IT Copier Support for issues directly related to the printing and scanning to and from any of your BCOS Copiers and/or Printers. This service will be included in your current Service Contract for a very small additional amount of .0008 per-copy (less than one tenth of a cent). While this is an automatic increase, we are excited to provide this extra coverage, expanding our support of your device(s). If you wish to opt-out of this minor pricing change to your Service Contract, please do so below.
